Ziel war es, eine kommunikationsfördernde Struktur für die rund 100 Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens zu schaffen. Die Bürofläche ist unterteilt in den Empfangsbereich mit angegliedertem Konferenzraum und einer Flex-Arbeitszone sowie drei Open Spaces. Ein speziell entwickeltes höhenverstellbares Tischsystem mit Andockmöglichkeiten für weitere Tischelemente unterstützt hier die Teambildung.
Die Open Spaces werden ergänzt durch maßangefertigte, farbige Stauraum- und Sitznischen als Kommunikations- und Rückzugsorte, zwei weitere Konferenzräume sowie vier Phone Booths. Eine akustisch wirksame Sitznische mit verstaubaren Sitzhockern, die sich hinter einer Klappwand verbirgt, dient als Raumerweiterung und bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen.
Highlight auf der Fläche ist ein eigens für ein Kunstwerk aus der Privatsammlung des Bauherrn entworfener Raum. Für ‚Hansi goes down’ von Via Lewandowsky entstand eine gläserne Meetingbox, die sich gestalterisch an das Kunstwerk anlehnt.

The aim was to build a structure for the company’s approximately 100 employees that facilitated in-company communication. The office space is divided into a reception area with an adjoining conference room and flexi-work area, in addition to three “open spaces”. A specially developed height-adjustable desk system, featuring docking options for additional desk elements, allows flexible and efficient structuring of teams.
The open spaces are augmented by custom-built, colour-coded alcoves with storage spaces and seating – these serve as meeting locations or places for quiet work and reflection – in addition to two conference rooms and four phone booths. An acoustically effective seating alcove with stowable stools hidden behind a hinged-wall acts as a room extension and provides space for up to four persons.
The highlight of the office space is a room specially designed to accommodate an artwork sourced from the building owner’s private collection: “Hansi goes down” by Via Lewandowsky is housed in a glass meeting box that reflects and accents the elements of the artwork.
